Registration is now open for WISE Networking Day 2026, taking place on November
23 – 24, 2026.
WISE Networking Day brings together academia and industry within the WISE Community, creating a dynamic platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and long-term partnership building. The event offers a rich program of activities designed to foster meaningful connections and spark new ideas.
This year’s event is organized in collaboration with NÄST Innovation Destination Torslanda, an innovation hub located at Torslandaverken in Göteborg. The venue provides an inspiring setting where research, innovation, and industry come together.
Event Details
Participants from industry and society can register either as industry participants or industry exhibitors. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to present their organization through a roll-up or demo table.

An international team of researchers has developed a high-performance, biodegradable membrane made from jute agricultural waste to filter oily water. The material is produced using a simple and scalable process and it can be removed using ultrasound and easily re-casted, restoring its performance again and again. Even after repeated use, the membrane maintains over 99% separation efficiency.
