WISE Networking Day 2025 is now open for registration.
Join us to explore successful collaboration between industry, academia and societal actors. WISE Networking Day is the meeting place to boost future collaboration, careers and business, targeting materials science and technology for sustainability.
The event is a one-day event and takes place at Louis De Geer conference centre, Norrköping on January 28, 2025.
-The goal of WISE is through collaborations with industry and society, WISE will promote and activate a transition towards a sustainable society and at the same time advance the scientific frontier in materials science. This event is a valuable step in the right direction, says Magnus Svensson, Director of WIRA (WISE Industy Research Arenas).

A recent study led by WISE researcher, Prof. Saroj Dash from Chalmers, published in Nature Communications identifies TaIrTe4 as a promising material for energy-efficient devices such as spintronic memories, logic circuits, high-frequency magnetic devices, and neuromorphic computing.

In a recent publication in Advanced Materials WISE researcher, Prof. Leif Asp and his team explored structural batteries that store energy while also supporting mechanical loads, promoting sustainability by reducing weight in products like cars.
