Brief description of RTP
This RTP aims at complementing the LUMIA materials research infrastructure at LTU with several advanced techniques, especially for elemental and structural analysis. The LUMIA facility will offer valuable capabilities in the environment of green technologies emerging in northern Sweden, where LTU is expected to play an important role for R/D and competence supply. The new equipment includes a plasmaFIB-SEM system (Focused Ion Beam Scanning Electron Microscopy) and an instrument for 3D/4D spectral/dynamic X-ray computed tomography (XCT).
