Participate as an Exhibitor or Attendee
During the event, you can choose how your company would like to participate. You have two options:
- Attendee: Join as an attendee and participate in lectures, discussions, and networking sessions with other professionals from both academia and industry.
- Exhibition: Join as an exhibitor with your own booth, where you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your company, projects, and innovations. This is an excellent opportunity to make new connections and explore potential collaborations with other companies and research institutions.
Presentation on stage
Participating industry are invited to present their organization with a roll-up or demo table. This will allow you to further highlight your ideas and projects to a broader audience.
Exhibition booth
For companies that have reserved an exhibition booth, there is an option to transport materials the day before and store them at the venue overnight. Starting from 7:30 AM on January 28th, you will have the opportunity to assemble your booth at the venue.
