Registration
The registration opens in mid-January 2024. An invitation with a registration link will be sent by email.

If you receive an invitation but cannot participate, we would appreciate if you decline the invitation via the registration link in the email.

Last day for registration 19 February 2024.

Check in with QR code
When you have signed up, you will receive a personal QR code in your confirmation email. You should scan the code at check-in to get your name tag.

Meals
Thursday, 14 March: Standing/mingling coffee during the morning and afternoon and mingling lunch. The evening ends with a 2-course dinner. A non-alcoholic drink with dinner is included. There is a bar next to the dining room for those who want something else to drink.
Friday, 15 March: Standing/mingling coffee during the morning and grab-and-go lunch at the end of the conference.

Remember to indicate any allergies when you register. Please note that you cannot order special diets on site.

Portrait photos
During the WISE Dialogue, we will offer a photography service to take your WISE profile picture. These pictures may be used in internal and external communications for WISE-related news and information about your research. We would like to encourage you to take advantage of this service.

You are free to use your WISE portrait photo however you wish, including outside of WISE contexts.
