09.00: Short update of the WISE RTP evaluation processes and a brief summary of incoming WISE-RTP proposals.

09.15: Reviewing the (1) WISE RTP-AC report, the (2) rankings done by each WISE university (Univ), and (3) input from VR.

10.00: Discuss the ranking process to be conducted (G-Suggested to be Granted, R-Suggested to be rejected). Coordination of proposals (e.g. 7 Photoelectron spectrometers are proposed

13.00: Ranking discussion continued and formulation of decision – MAX IV (H. Rensmo, O. Eriksson and M. Berggren)

14.00:  Introduction and brief overview of the outcome of WISE-MAX IV group/URG work and discussions

14.15: Formulating a proposal for decision by the WISE Board -Proposal 1: 1 CDR, then which one; Proposal 2: 2 CDRs, then which ones; Proposal  3: 3 CDRs

14.30: Based on proposal above, developing a timeline (CDR -> TDR -> proposal for decision to the WISE Board) -Milestones along with gatekeepers

15.00: End of the meeting
