WISE Welcome meeting 2024

The WISE Welcome meeting is arranged for those who are new to the WISE community. Welcome meeting 2024 will take place in Norrköping 26-27 August. The overall purpose is to introduce all our newcomers to what WISE is and how we are organized, and to provide an opportunity to network and learn about each other’s projects and especially about the graduate school activities such as courses, summer schools and study trips. We also have invited speakers from industry and the newly created WIRAs.
Furthermore, an important part of the meeting are the pitches and poster sessions where all new PhD students and postdocs present their projects. This year, the meeting is hosted in Norrköping, at the conference center Louis de Geer. A visit to the famous Norrköping visualization center is also on the agenda.
