DESCRIPTION:Registration is now closed\nAbout the meeting \nThe WISE Welcome Meeting is organized for newcomers to the WISE community. The Welcome Meeting 2024 will be held in Norrköping from 26-27 August. The primary objective is to introduce new members to the WISE organization and provide an opportunity to network and learn about each other’s projects\, especially the graduate school activities such as courses\, summer schools\, and study trips. We have also invited speakers from the industry and the newly established WIRAs. \nAdditionally\, the meeting will feature pitches and poster sessions where all new PhD students and postdocs will present their projects. Signs will be posted at the entrance to guide you to the correct venue. \nDirections to Louis De Geer \nTravel and Accommodation \nAll participants are responsible for booking their travel to and from Norrköping\, as well as their accommodation. Instructions for the design of your poster can be found here (link). \nYou are responsible for printing your poster and bringing it to Norrköping for display at the designated poster session area. Posters will be numbered and should be placed on the poster wall according to the assigned number. Please follow the on-site instructions. \nAn email with a link for uploading your poster will be sent to all participants\, along with instructions on how to upload your poster digitally. WISE will then ensure that the poster is available in the digital poster catalog on the WISE intranet. Finally\, a prize will be awarded for the best poster. \n
